Returns & Exchanges
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your item that you would like to return the item.
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The items have their original tags on it
- The items are sent to us within 3 days of receiving our email return authorisation with a trackable shipping method (international shipping times are taken into consideration)
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your item.
Upon receiving the return item/s, we will inspect the item, and if it satisfies our requirements we will provide you with a refund or an exchange. If the garment/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient with tracking.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping at customers expense and original shipping costs can not be refunded, unless the product is found to be faulty.
Exchange postage costs
Exchange postage costs are the buyers' expense and we will let you know as soon as the item is received for confirmation of your exchange item and your postal address.
Sale items (Sale items are items that have 11% or more discount applied to the retail price)
We are strictly unable to provide refunds on sale items for change of mind or wrong size, but will provide a refund if the item is faulty.
You are able to return the item for a store credit or exchange of size. The credit note is available to use with no expiry date attached.
For sale items, should you require a different size or style we are able to provide a credit voucher or exchange of size (dependant on stock) if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to email@example.com.
The customer is responsible for all exchange postage costs incurred. All return items are sent with express trackable parcels and you will be notified of all tracking once the parcel has been sent.
In the rare case you think you may have received a faulty garment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.
The fault will be assessed upon the return of the garment and we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please note slight variations in colour in hand dyed garments are not considered defects but are part of the nature of hand dyed garments.
Our returns address is in Victoria, Australia. Once your return has been approved we will send you your returns form which contains all address details. Please place this returns form in your parcel so we can process your return quickly. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if your parcel is returned to any other address than our Victoria PO Box Australia address or for any extra charges to retrieve packages sent to other locations, so please ensure you seek our return form with our Australian returns address prior to sending any parcels back to us by emailing us first at email@example.com
